Refund Policy

Effective Date: 02/10/2026

This policy explains payments, deposits, cancellations and refunds for services provided by V² Solutions.

Because our work involves scheduling labor, purchasing materials and reserving time, refunds are limited and handled differently than retail purchases.

Deposits

A deposit may be required before scheduling work.

Deposits secure your place in our schedule and allow us to purchase materials for your project.

Deposits are non-refundable once materials are purchased or the project date is reserved.

Payments

Full or remaining balances are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to submit payment may result in project delays or collection action.

Cancellations

If a customer cancels:

More than 48 hours before the project:
Deposit may be partially refundable if no materials were purchased.

Within 48 hours of scheduled work:
Deposit is non-refundable due to reserved labor time.

After work has started:
Customer is responsible for labor completed and materials used up to the cancellation date.

Materials

Materials ordered specifically for a project cannot be returned once purchased or cut to size.
These costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Change of Mind

Construction services cannot be refunded due to a change of preference after installation, completion or approval of work.

Unsatisfactory Work

If you believe work was completed incorrectly, you must notify us within 5 days so we can inspect and reasonably address the concern.

We will make reasonable corrections when applicable, but refunds are not guaranteed.

Refunds

Refunds, when applicable, are limited to:

  • Work not yet performed

  • Services unable to be completed

  • Situations approved by V² Solutions management

Refunds do not apply to completed labor or installed materials.
