These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the services provided by V² Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “us”).

By using this website or requesting services, you agree to the terms below.

Estimates & Quotes

All estimates provided are based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.

Final pricing may change if hidden damage, structural issues, code requirements, or additional labor/materials are discovered once work begins.

Any additional work will be discussed and approved before proceeding whenever possible.

Scheduling & Access

Customers agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area at scheduled times.

Delays caused by lack of access, pets, locked areas, utilities not available, or unprepared job sites may result in rescheduling or additional labor charges.

Deposits & Payments

  • Deposits may be required before scheduling work

  • Remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Late payments may incur fees

  • Materials purchased for a project are non-refundable once ordered

We reserve the right to stop work for non-payment.

Change Orders

Any changes requested after work has begun may affect price and timeline.

Change orders must be approved verbally or in writing before the additional work is completed.

Project Conditions

The customer understands that construction and repair work may involve:

  • Noise

  • Dust

  • Temporary loss of use of certain areas

  • Minor cosmetic variations in materials

We will take reasonable care to minimize disruption but cannot guarantee a completely dust-free environment.

Customer-Supplied Materials

We are not responsible for defects, delays, or compatibility issues related to materials supplied by the customer.

Additional labor required due to customer-provided materials may be charged.

Warranties

Workmanship is performed using generally accepted construction standards.

We do not warranty:

  • Pre-existing conditions

  • Structural movement

  • Water intrusion from unrelated areas

  • Materials chosen or supplied by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear

Manufacturer warranties apply to materials when available.

Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Hidden structural issues

  • Mold, rot, pest damage discovered during work

  • Damage caused by conditions outside our control

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

Cancellations

Appointments canceled without reasonable notice may be subject to a service fee.

Deposits may be non-refundable if materials or labor time have been scheduled or purchased.

Website Use

All website content is for general information only and does not constitute a binding agreement until a project estimate or contract is accepted.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
